At We Personalize Things we are focused on quality service from beginning to end. We recognize that sometimes things do not turn out as anticipated. Sometimes products fail or a personalization doesn’t hold up the way it was intended.

Personalization Limited Warranty

We Personalize Things makes every effort to ensure each one of our personalization methods withstands the test of use and time, while taking into consideration that different methods have limitations and can, with excessive use and/or intent, come off or fade. Only engraving and sandblasting, also referred to as etching, exclusively, has the guarantee of permanence. All concerns and inquiries will be reviewed individually.

What does the personalization limited warranty cover?

This warranty covers, exclusively, the personalization aspect of your purchase. It does not cover the product purchased.

How long does the coverage last?

This coverage lasts for 30 days, starting with the date of purchase.

Is the coverage transferable?

No. This coverage terminates when you sell or transfer ownership.

What do I do if there is something wrong with the personalization?

We Personalize Things will review and assess any concerns or complaints related to the requested personalization. To begin this conversation, please email cs@wepersonalizethings.com and include:

  • your order number
  • your name and the name of the person who made the purchase, if different
  • the address to where the purchase was shipped
  • images of the personalization and a description of your concern

What will We Personalize Things do?

We Personalize Things will reply to your email within one business day of receiving your communication. Please note that personalizations are done as ordered, and that we are not responsible for any personalization where the person placing the order provided incorrect information. In addition, if in our assessment, we determine that the fading and/or damage to the personalization was a willful act, We Personalize Things reserves the right to refuse replacement of a product or to re-do a personalization.

Your Rights Under State Law: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Warranty by Product

Apple: Product warranty not applicable for personalized products.

Bose: Please refer to the Bose website at https://www.bose.com/en_us/contact_us.html

Courant: Product warranty not applicable for personalized products.

Ember: Please refer to the Ember Technologies website at https://ember.com/pages/return-policy

Latico: Should your bag require service after being worn, please email info@laticoleathers.com for instructions. Latico Leathers stands by their products, and will be happy to repair any hardware or workmanship defects for up to 1 year from the original date of purchase with proof-of-purchase. Should they determine that an item is not repairable, it will be replaced with the same item. If the same item is no longer available, you will be allowed to choose another item of similar value as your original item, subject to the personalization available at the time.

Normal wear and tear (i.e. scratches, stains, aging, etc) is not covered under warranty.

Oak & Olive: Product warranty not applicable to personalized products.

Ray-Ban: Product warranty not applicable to personalized products.

Sagaform: Product warranty not applicable.

S’well: Product warranty not applicable to personalized products.
